Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire
Renter who needs HELP!!
we rent a apatrment that is in bad shape we have carbon manoxide problems with oil boiler not to mention it does not work properly.mold, faulty plumming,windows falling out,ect. we asked landlord in writting to fix the problems,along with fire dept. asking him we still have not heard from him. it is getting cold and I can not turn on my heat. i do have 2 small kids.not to mention he keeps raising our rent. what can we do?

You need to find a low income housing attorney or Legal Aid.You are very near Manchester, which should have those resources. If you need additional help email me. Otherwise call the City Housing Code inspections office and have them inspect the premises.
