Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

first , last and sec

my landlord is threatening to evict me for owing first last and sec , but i am hearing from many people that there is a law in NH that he cant do that, i only owe technically 150 for rent but 850 for the remander of the first last and sec, is it true that he cant evict me on this?

It is not possible to respond accurately to your question without further information. Certain properties for residential use are classifed as "restricted" and "non-restricted." The law regarding security deposits may apply differently.

The next issue is how the landlord pleads the case on paper and in court. If he has one valid reason for the eviction, does that mean that the other grounds will not be considered?
