Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Hampshire

is this legal?

i was injured at work in june.i have since returned to work on light duty status. 1 week after i returned i was told to return to the position that had caused my injury. i have 3 different notes from my dr. saying that i am not supposed to do this. what can i do about it?

You do have rights in this situation, but also responsibilities. You must try to return to gainful employment, but you are not required to put your health at risk.

As with all disputes in the worker's compensation system, you can take the matter up with the appropriate people at the state Labor Department.
