Adding a name to a deed

How do I go about adding my name on the deed of a house that my husband and I have shared for almost 7 years? When we bought the house I was still in college and did not have much credit history. Now my husband and I are married and I would like to add my name to show ownership.

You need to a a new deed from your husband to your husband and yourself.
