Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

I need help because of a bad purchase and sale agreement

I recently purchased a house. Along with the house the owner sold us a propane tank and its contents. We agreed on an amount, but after the closing she determined that her math was incorrect and now we are being sued for additional $$$ by her former tenant!!! This tenant threatened my children and is admitedly mentally unstable I am concerned that the tenant thinks I am a money pot that she can sue at will. I need advice and would like to talk w/ someone one on one in detail about the mess, and take appropriate action. Please help

Many more facts are needed, however, possible that tenant has no rightto sue you because the contract was between the seller and you. You should contact a lawyer near you to discuss.
