Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Block the sale

How can I block the sale of the unit next to me. (This is a condominium whit only two units like a duplex) The reasons are to lnog to list all of them, but I'll give an example. The possible new owner is all ready telling me where I can park and this possible new owner has not even closed yet. I assure you that there is no predudice involed, just a potential nightmare.

I know of no way you can block the sale of someone else's house(unit).

Re: Block the sale

Hi & Thanks for Writing -

I'm not sure that there is any way for you to block the sale of the adjoining unit, however, after the unit is sold you can use legal means to enforce your rights (i.e., parking) against these new neighbors.

Hey, real estate deals fall apart all the time - maybe something will fall through on this one and you'll be spared the aggravation.

Good Luck!
