boundry dispute
i bought a lot three years ago and have just found out that my neighbors driveway is on my property.
Q.can I make them move their driveway and reclaim my property line?the driveway has been there for about ten years.

you will need a survey to prove that the driveway is on your property. If it has existed only 10 years, you most likely can get them to move it unless there is no other access. Alternatively, you can sell them an easement or sell them the land so they don't have to move it.
