buying a house

hi i'm trying to get some info on buying a house.the house i'm buying has tenents with a lease when i buy the house is the lease still good or can i ask them to move out with a 30 day notice.or do i have to buy them out of there lease if that is possible. thank you for any info.

Of course, the lease should be reviewed but generally, if the tenant is paying the rent and is otherwise not in breach of the lease, you cannot evict them until the end of the lease term. You can try to buy them out. However, the best course of action is to have the current owner buy them out or otherwise try to get them to leave BEFORE you buy the property.
