condominium laws

I was assessed a special assessment by my condo board to purchase a specific item. They never purchased the item, but used the assessment money instead for daily operation expenses. Is this legal in NH

I would need to review the Condominium Declaration in order to respond. Each of these documents is custom drafted. There may be provisions relating to Special Assessments which prohibit what you report, or permit what you report. It would be a good idea to have this matter fully reviewed by an attorney.
