Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Durable Power of Attorney in signing over a house.

My husband was given durable power of attorney by his mother in June 1990 - after she did that she proceeded to sign her home over to his sister who now pays her a minimal amount of money monthly and considering her age will never have to pay her the full amount of worth - can she actually sign it over - is there anyway my husband can step in and reverse the signing of the property or make his sister pay what is due in full? Or could his mother legally do what she did?

It is critical to see what Power of Attorney actually says and what you mean by "signing over". If your mother was competent and under no duress she presumably can do what she wants.

This is a question that simply cannot be handled by e-mail.
