Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Encroachment

I have one neighbor who just tried to take us to court for encroachement seems he had his land servayed incorrectly. So now does not want to persure this claim. In the meantime they the family have broken into our garage and is on film though we did not find anything missing there claim was that their cat was in there. Well we are not sure of that but the chief of police said it was not a crime, well that is because the neighbor just became dog officer and works under him.

Then they continue there harrassment I have been logging everything for 5 years. These people are crazy and we should not have to worry about enjoying our property since we were there first. And also there dad owns our road so they think they own the town, they are responsible for plowing the road that is a joke. I own the right of way to this road.
