Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
In Goffstown, NH can a person breed dogs in their residence as a business and allow the dog waste to enter riverways. I just bought a house and my next door neighbor has a business breeding english bulldogs in her house. we are right on a river that people, play, fish, boat, swim in and all her dog poop and urine washes right into the water. Not to mention in the summertime, the smell of dog feces and urine is really bad.

You should first contact the Board of Health for your municipality. Should they be unable to resolve the situation, a lawsuit for nuisance may be appropriate.
