Holding Real Estate in Trust
For liability purposes, does it make sense to own my personal residence in trust? What are the costs and benefits?

Not enough facts to answer the question. My general advice to clients on this subject is do not do it. There are other ways to protect it, Inc., LLC, the old standby -- deed to wife, etc.
