Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

I puchased a house with a boyfriend, we have since separated and I want to sell the my 1/2 of the house but he is not cooperating, won't sign any paperwork and I can't afford the mortgage. What are my options?

Technically, you could sell your half without his permission but who would buy 1/2 ? The procedure is a Petition to Quiet Title where the Court orders him to buy you out or sell the home and splt the proceeds depending upon the equities.
