Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Lein on property for non payment of tax?

We own four seperate parcels of land and are billed for each parcel and pay taxes on each one seperatly using four seperate checks. A recent revaluation makes it impossible to pay taxes for all four. If we were not to pay the tax on two of these parcels and let them go for taxes, could the taxing authority put a lien on the remaining two parcels.

Without seeing exactly how the property is listed by the Town can't say for sure but generally may only put lien on property that is delinquent, not other property of taxpayer.
