Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

Life estate in real estate

I have a life estate in the house I live in. I live in NH. No terms or conditions are spelled out. It just grants me a life estate in the house. What are my legal obligations, if any, for major repairs, maintenance and taxes on the property?
