Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

In NH what is required when

transfering real estate to legal heirs. At time of her passing owner was sole owner of the real estate. She had two heirs. The owners estate has been probated and is closed. What now is required to transfer legal title to the heirs or does it just require preparation and recording of the new deed?

In some cases, no deed is required. In other cases, recording of a new deed is benficial. In order to provide a more substantive response, an examination of the probate record and the specific nature of the probate process is required.

With most deeds, there are ancillary forms required by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.
