Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
Noise Issue at Commercial Condominium
I am an owner of a commercial condominium in New Hampshire.
The owner above me uses pallet jacks all day long, which shake
the whole floor/ceiling and make an explosive crash in operation.
I am expecting the owner and the Condo Board to be unresponsive
(based on other experiences). What is my legal recourse? Are there
any precedents that I can start researching?
Thank you.

You have a right to an appropriate use of your premises free from unreasonable disturbance. If your condo association does not follow its by-laws, it can be sued.
