Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

partition hearing

Hello:

If a joint tenancy situation becomes a situation where two/three owners want to sell, how long would it take for a partition hearing, estimated cost, etc? What does that type of hearing or lawsuit entail? THANKS
