can a real estate lawyer defend any type of case? small business law suites etc.???

An attorney is licensed in the state of New Hampshire to practice law. Some attorneys practice in only one area or topic. Others will handle more topics or ranges of services. The fact that a "real estate" lawyer does nor does not wish to handle small business matters is a personal choice.
