Private road

I own 1 lot on a private road with 6 other individually owned lots. Is there any legal way of forcing the other property owners to join in an agreement/association for road repair?

In order to respond to your question I would need to examine the grant of the road and what obligations, if any, your neighbors have. Often there is a condtion that those with frontage on the road can be required to pay for reasonable repair and maintenance of the road. That would be the best starting point given the limited information you provided.
