Need Help In Property Dispute

My fiance and i recently seperated and we own a home together. We were not living in the home at the time. We have tenents in there and it is her cousin. She has recently put a restraining order on me and now i cant serve the tenents with an eviction so i can have aplace to live. She will not sell and she will not bye my half nor will she let me buy hers and she does not want anything to do with the property so she says. Please help.

It sounds like you will need to go to Court for a Petition to Partition, which is an order of the Court to sell the property and the proceeds divided up based on some equitable formula. This is very much like a divorce.

The tenant is another matter. Eviction is a very detailed complicated matter. You should get an attorney.
