Protecting properties

I own 6 properties. I am having trouble covering the mortgages for two. How do I protect the others from creditors, etc.?

A review of the deeds, mortgages and promissory notes would be required to provide a well-founded response. However, it is likely that some form of trust or business entity might be helpful. However, if there were personal guarantys provided, these techniques may not be as effective as desired.

You need to meet with an attorney to fully review all of the details so a plan suitable to your personal situation may be formulated.
