Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
Quick Claim Deed
I own an interest in my Grandmother's farm in New Hampshire. She has passed,the property was given to my mother, who now has quick claimed it to my brother. What was the purpose of that deed ?

If your mother was given the property under your Grandmother's will, she has just conveyed to your brother. I do not understand why you say you have an interest in the Farm.
