Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
I am a real estate investor without a real estate license. Can I offer a "referral fee" to people bringing me a lead that turns into a deal? If so, is there wording to help me exploit any loophole in the law.
Thank you.

There's a difference between being a personal investor and running a business owning real estate. You may be on the edge of a problem. In order to evaluate the options you need to sit down with an attorney and explain your long term goals and objectives and method of operation. Referral fees in the business of real estate are generally regulated.
