Refinancing /change of title

Im refinancing and at the end of paying off my ex wife for her share of the house ,the deed still in her name and mine....Should I have her gift half of the house to my son and include him in the fefinancing...as she is leaving to work in Europe this month....and my son still in New hampshire would take the house if anything happened to me.and be able to sign necessary ocuments.

Yoy need to do a quitclaim deed from both of you to you and maybe your son; before you decide to do that you should talk to a lawyer about the pros and cons of putting your son on the deed.
