We are selling half our interest in a 2nd home we need to add their names to the deed how do we do that

You need to decide whether title going to be as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship or at Tenants in Common. You would then do a deed from the present owner(s) to both the present owners and the new owners. There is a transfer tax to consider also. The new owners should do a title search to make sure that they are not buying into some problem.
