Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
I signed a one year lease three months ago. Owner calls today saying getting a divorce, either we get out or buy the house. What are my rights?

If your lease does not provide the Landlords with the option to void the lease then they are bound to it. If you wish to purchase the property that is separate from the lease.
