Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

structuring conference

I was served a notice to appear in Superior court in Nashua Nh for a structuring conference regarding a property. My name is on the deed with my ex-boyfriend and he is fighting to have my interest taken away from me.

My question is what is a structuring conference? And it says 10 days prior to the conference i have to file a summary ststement to support the claims or defenses or counterclaims, I have no idea what that is. Can someone please help me understand the meaning of all this?

Re: structuring conference

It sounds like you do not have legal counsel; you are probably involved in a Petition to Quiet Title and with the value of real estate being what is is today, my strong advice is to get lawyer---immediately if not sooner.
