Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
We are being sued for non payment on a time share and they want to attatch our house. Can they still sell this after we pay it and amke even more profit? What can we do? We go to court first Tuesday in August 2010.

Lots of issues and a lot at stake. Get a lawyer because it is possible that the first Tuesday is just a return day in which you must just file an appearance. That may not be the day of trial. Also there may be two actions against you--one for the money you may owe and one to get a prejudgment attachment. The proof is different for each.
Finally, you may have legitimate defenses to payment. Timeshare organizations are notorious for high pressure sales and misrepresentations. Again, with your house at risk get alawyer.
