Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Hampshire

my brother is corcord nh prison for 10-20 years for aggravated sexual assault charges.the girl that put him prison bestfriend works at the prison and to my brother and other guards that they set my brother up and they are sorrybut wont tell the truth becuze she lied on the stand and doesnt want prison time.I need your help what to do.can't afford a lawyer.

I believe it would be difficult to get your brother released unless you somehow obtain a statement from the victim stating that she was mistaken or you get a statement from her acquitances stating that they have heard her say that he didn't commit this crime. Such will be difficult to do. Also, if you brother pled guilty, it could be even more difficult to gain his release.
