Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

who are heirs when both are dead

Will stated ''husband dies, all goes to wife;wife dies, all goes to husband'' Husband died first--wife several years later. No family closer than perhaps 3rd or fourth cousin on wife's side, but neices and nephews on husband's side. Who inherits?

Re: who are heirs when both are dead

By the terms of this will, when the husband died, his surviving wife inherited his entire estate; when she became deceased, the entire estate which belonged to her would then go to her nearest surviving relatives.
