imminent danger

guardians of minor had a drunken altercation at 11 am in front of minor. One guardian has not come back since. Now the other guardian is going to Maine. What can parents do that have legal rights to child?

There are far too many variables to provide a reliable answer. Since there is a guardianship, there is court involvement. A petition to the responsible court is likely the best approach. I would urge that you contact an attorney to evaluate this situation and guide you through the process.
