Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

Power Of Attorney?

Father recently had stroke with no power of attorney. Is there any way to get power of attorney until he gets well? He is in the process of inheriting some money from a sale of a house in family. He is currently on life support and will have a long term recovery.
