Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

Probate Court & grave site markers!!!

Does the probate court have jurisdiction, legal say over a marker or head stone placed on a decedent's grave.. In other words, if a survivor/s decided to have such placed and another survivor objected to what was placed-(for whatever reason)- can the objecting survivor ask/petition the court to have such physically removed from the grave site???

The controlling stauttes are RSA 290:16 and 554:21. If the decedent left a will, it will be the executor who has the say; if no will an administrator. It is not a popularity contest among survivors.
