q.need a.

a friend of mine won a lottery and wants to know what form to make out so his name won t be given out a trust form ,can he be the only one on it say like rmt trust

The short answer is, he should really contact a trust & estates attorney or business attorney where he lives. There are provisions relative to the transfer of lottery winnings, so the answer will depend upon various factors, including the amount of money he has one, and related tax implications.
