Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

Sale of a 1/5 of Home

My father passed away 4years ago. I have 4 other siblings & all 5 of us our on the deed. I want to sell my 1.5 of the house and they can't or won't buy me out, so I would like to sell it to an outside person. Is this possible to sell to an outside member? and what would there responsiblties be?

Need to see the deed but generally you can sell your share if someone will buy it. He/she would have the same responsibilities you do.
