my husband passed away last month. no will & no assets except our property has right of survivorship. I would like a form to delete his name from property deed and add my son's.

Re: right of survivorship name change
I assume the property was held as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. If so you need to do a new deed from you to you and your son reciting that your husband died and that is why you own the property. To make things very clear, you might want to record the death certificate along with the new deed. I suggest, however, you go to a lawyer. There are technical rules and if you do not do this right, it can't cost you later when you try to sell the property. The cost should not be more than $100.
