Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire
last will and testiment rights: to read
Do I have a right to read my deceased father's will? I know he has one and I'm interested in reading it. He passed away in 2003.

Assuming the will was presented for Probate, the will should be on file in the county where he resided. You can go to the Registry of Probate and examine the document.
