Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

New Will

I have a will that was written when I owned my previous home. I moved to another home in the same state last year. Do I need to have a new will drawn up to reflect my new residence, or in the event of my death would the court recognize my new residence under the same terms of the original will?

Re: New Will

It may depend on how the relaestate was referred. If the will said real estate and did not mention a particular parcel, then you should not need a new will. If it did mention a specific parcel, depending upon your wishes, a new will may or may not be needed.
