How long does an executor of an estate have to distribute assets to the beneficiaries in the state of new hampshire?

It all depends upon the nature of the estate and the complexity of administration. If all goes well, and the assets are in tangible or liquid form suitable for distribution, the minimum time for filing a final account is six months from the date of the executor's appointment by the court. Distribution should not happen until receipts are obtained and the account approved by the court.
