how i can obtain a legal representation in a divorce and distribution of the assets (house paid off 600,000$)i left my abusive husband 2y ago and went to Poland whith our child 13.he refuse to help me financially and say nothing is mine, the house is in our both names,presently i have no money to pay for the attorney fee but i will pay all the fees after the settlement is this possible? or I have to have 3000$ even to start this matter?I live in New Jersey

Not every attorney accepts that type of payment arragement. It seems as though Ms. Esteves does, so you would want to start with her and any other attorney here that indicates he or she can work with you.
