Race Discrimination
Hello, My employer has
discriminated over 5 employees,
with us having witnesses there at
all the times he has done it calling
many of us ''you people'' and
negros, and niggers. Some
employees have quit after they
hear that, can we sue??? since it
has not stopped?

It violates both New Jersey and federal law to harass an employee because of his or her race. While I would prefer to talk to you directly before making any legal conclusions, what you describe definitely sounds like racial harassment. Each of the individuals who have quit as a result may have what is called a "constructive discharge" claim, which basically means that the company made things so intolerable that any reasonable person would have quit under the circumstances.
