Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

Ok so a little over a year ago i was accused of getting oral sex while working from my female coworker. This never happened. I was suspended for four days without pay. I feel that ever since i was wrongly accused my work has been hostile twords me. I recently found out that the female co-worker who was wrongfully accused has put in a law suit. I was wondering if should get a lawyer as well or is it too late?
