Legal Question in Disability Law in New Jersey

HELP-Litigation Question

I am litigating a discrimination case and deps are coming up for the two supervisors and 2 co-workers. I am looking for a guide or something to assist me in litigating this case. Any ideas? The employer raised the direct threat defense based upon one medical HMO report and two alleged complaints by customers. Rediculous. Any good articles on damages? Thank you.

Your lawyer should be giving you this information. You shouldn't be taking deps and such on your own.
