Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey
Bought a car from delaership
I bought a car over 2 months ago and still do not have my plates .Asked why and was told their was a Lein against the old title holder and it had to be taken care of first .Dealer keeps saying they will take car of it .I was told title was clean .I would have never bought the car had I known and I feel i was deceived ..Not right .Is there anything I can do .Am I entitles to anything ?
