Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

name correction

live lived 56 yeasrs as--name removed--F--name removed--including 24 years in the USAF. Travel around the world on military orders.Even obtained a Top Secret clearance. Now retired and want to travel, I tried to get a passport and fould that my birth certificate has F. A. Flippen, and not record of F. F.--name removed--being born. Everything I ever done in life has been under the--name removed--Name, Homes , loans etc. I need to correct this so I can get a passport. I was born in New Jersey and now live in Spring TX
