demotion&suspension
I recently served a three week suspension and also facing a demotion for supervisory miscunduct.A employee that was on the job with me along with two law officers and a higher ranking supervisor then myself.was charged with drinking on the job and i was told that i was under the influence also and that i told them i drank a beer at lunch break which i did,nt and was never tested either by field sobriety test or breath analiyist. and currently and still have cdl liscence.I work for the new jersey dept.of transportation for 22yrs.

You had and probably still have the right to a hearing before an administrative law judge and to appeal from his decision to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
