Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

three friends are starting a beauty salon business partnership. They later incorporated the business with each holding a third of the shares. One started to take money from the cash register. afraid the business will collapse what type of motion should be filed.

Generally speaking. a case like the one described should not reach litigation as the cost would be prohibitive therefore filing motions is not necessarily the correct course of action. With the proper direction from a business attorney the remaining partners can attempt to recover the missing money and/or remove the third partner from the partnership.
