Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey
I have been issued a summons for driving while suspend for the 6th time . The previous 5 where over ten years ago and I have held a valid drivers licence since .is there a point where the previous 5 show up as satisfied and have the judge not consider them as pries charges or is he force to charge me with a 6th attempt

A sixth time drilving while suspended is a sixth time driving while suspended. There is no downward departure in sentencing as there might be with a third dui under the same circumstances. You need to dodge this bullet by either making a deal which amends to charge to something else or by having a trial and winning.
